Muay Thai

It only two sessions of it and i sprained my left ankle. WTH?

Muay thai is actually an intensive workout to burn your calories faster. One session includes 5 rounds, 5 min non stop skip, 3 mins alternates punching and kicking.

Promotes defensivness and agility.

So i can feel I'm more tone and say good bye to butterfly arms and flabby thighs!!
